Allow yourself to cheat
A strict diet plan is a bad one. If you are severely restricting yourself, and you feel deprived of good foods, you won’t last long. Instead, relax a little bit, giving yourself a cheat meal or two each week, and allowing yourself to cheat a little on special occasions.
I guess my occasional “bad” days aren’t so bad after all!
Breakfast @ 7.30am
Half of a sandwich (chicken, egg, tomatoes, lettuce).
Morning Tea @ 10.30am
Other half of the sandwich.
Dinner @ 5pm
Plate of bacon, mushrooms, vegetables. Piece of my amazingly delicious chocolate mousse birthday cake.
Wii Fit @ 9pm
30 minutes yoga and muscle training.
Progress Update
The condition of my skin has improved by miles over the past 2 weeks since I started regular exercise and avoiding junk food. I haven’t seen my blemish-free face for quite a while! Best beauty potion: exercise, water, fruits.
