Dr. Oz’s 10 Commandments for Weight Loss:
Thou Shall Not Wear Pants That Stretch
When you wear stretchy clothes, it’s difficult to tell if you are gaining weight because you gain weight without realizing it. When you wear clothes that fit with a set size you let clothes be your gauge. They alert your body if something is getting a little tight so you can correct the course early on.
Breaching this rule previously made me pay big bucks. I had not worn my tight jeans for a couple of months. When I tried wearing them again, I couldn’t fit at all. 1 whole year later, I’m still trying to lose the weight I gained to fit them again.
Breakfast @ 8am
Watermelon. 100g soy yogurt.
Morning Tea @ 10am
Handful of raw almonds and raisins.
Lunch @ 12pm
Beef and egg sandwich, also has tomatoes and lettuce.
Afternoon Tea @ 2pm
~10 raw almonds and raisins.
Wii @ 5.15pm
45 minutes Just Dance 2.
Dinner @ 6pm
Watermelon. Peach. Bowl of vegetarian rice noodles.
Snack @ 9.30pm
Handful of raw almonds and raisins.
I think I’m going to give up on the many meals plan for losing weight. It’s making me nibble on more snacks and I’m not really eating any less during the main meals.
