I will be honest - I have not tried it myself, and therefore cannot comment on whether it will work or not. But I don’t believe in eating lots of the same thing for myself because I am an impatient person and get sick of having the same things quite easily. Although this article does suggest that the chicken diet is not a long term plan. The best weight loss tip I can give to any person: lots of fruits, veges, water, exercise. Good luck! :)
