11 Real Weight Loss Tips for Women Struggling to Lose Weight:
Be patient
Weight loss takes time. For many women it can be several months before the results start to show. The problem is that so many women give up before they hit the “results period” and as such never get to see the benefits of all their hard work. Be patient with your self and with your weight loss program and you will enjoy the results soon enough.
Something I have to keep telling myself. Otherwise I’m stuck in the mindset of: “I’ve been working so hard, I’m seeing no results, so it’s never going to work for me. I give up.”

~15 raw almonds.
Dinner @ 6pm
1 large vegetarian dumpling. Bowl of noodles and vegetables. Handful of salted pumpkin seeds.

Was planning to dance in the afternoon, but due to the stress and sleep deprivation these days, I crashed after lunch and slept all the way to dinner time lol.

2/3 of a Japanese rice dish with vegetables and beef. 1 BBQ Chinese bread. Shared a bowl of fruit shaved ice with boyfriend. So amazingly yum! :9

Dinner @ 6.30pm
Watermelon. Bowl of vegetarian fried noodles and 2 dumplings.
Foot is getting better. Should get back to exercise routine soon.
Diet Tip of the Day
Weight loss experts say that cutting your calories down to, or under, 1,000 per day sets you up for inevitable failure. When you whittle your caloric intake down this low, you are actually sending your body into “starvation mode” by eating far too little. Your body wants to maintain your weight when it “thinks” you are starving; therefore, your metabolism will actually slow down.
According to this Calorie Calculator, if I consume 1378 calories a day I will lose 1 lb per week without exercise. If I exercise 30 minutes a day, I can reach my goal weight (lose 10 lbs) with 2275 calories per day. Wow reaaalllly. @_@
Breakfast @ 7.30am
Subway Western Egg omelette, no cheese (138 cal) with red wine vinaigrette sauce (19 cal).
Lunch @ 1pm
Ham croissant with cheese. Small slice of lemon tart.
Afternoon Tea @ 3pm
Watermelon.
Wii @ 4.30pm
50 minutes Just Dance 2. Very cardio intensive stuff but time flies because I have so much fun.
10 minutes cool down, yoga and stretches.
Dinner @ 6pm
Watermelon. Bowl of noodles and 2 dumplings.
