Weight Loss Tip of the Day
Increase Metabolism
Add green tea to your diet. Green tea contains a substance called epigallocatechin gallate, or EGCG, which may increase your metabolism and improve fat burning. Steep 1 tsp. of green tea leaves, or one teabag, in 8 oz. of boiling water for three to five minutes. Drink at least three cups per day.
But obviously, not this:

Breakfast @ 6.15am
Homemade Chinese sweet biscuit.
Breakfast @ 7.45am
Banana.
Lunch @ 12pm
~150ml Nutralife Bodyshape Womens Toning Formula (meal replacement shake).
Afternoon Tea @ 4.30pm
Strawberry iceblock (137 cal). Watermelon and cherries. Cup of green tea.
Dinner @ 6pm
Spare ribs soup. Half bowl of vegetarian noodles.
Snack @ 8pm
~10 raw almonds and raisins.
No Exercise
Another operation on my foot. Worse than liquid nitrogen. Knife. Cut cut cut. Ouuuuch. Had to hop on one leg today. :(
