How Often Do You Need to Change Your Workout to Get Results?
By switching different exercise variables, you can avoid hitting a strength plateau without having to continuously add more weight and time to your workouts. Try changing two to four variables each week: weight, sets, reps, rest times.

Bowl of noodles with vegetables. Small pot of raspberry yogurt. Watermelon and peach.
How was it a lovely day? When I weighed myself this morning it turns out I’m a whole kg lighter than yesterday. Although after lunch I did go back to the same weight as yesterday. Still happy though!

Calzone (ham and vegetables) and Japanese Lime green tea.
Afternoon Tea @ 3pm
Bowl of carrots and spare ribs soup. Cracker.
Dinner @ 6pm
Red rice with vegetables. Slice of peach. Cracker.
The last annoying essay assignment of my summer school. All these influx of essay load has taken the time away from exercising. :( I could only try to walk more stairs. Alas, this last one is due in tomorrow!

Tap your foot
Your skinnier friends are probably fidgeters, who burn up to 350 calories a day just by tapping their feet or being restless. Walk around while you’re on the phone, or tap out a tune with your hands or feet (in the privacy of your own office, of course).

40 minutes Just Dance 2. I ace the cultural and aboriginal dances. :P

Weight Loss Tip of the Day
Dr. Oz’s 10 Commandments for Weight Loss:
Thou Shall Not Wear Pants That Stretch
When you wear stretchy clothes, it’s difficult to tell if you are gaining weight because you gain weight without realizing it. When you wear clothes that fit with a set size you let clothes be your gauge. They alert your body if something is getting a little tight so you can correct the course early on.
Breaching this rule previously made me pay big bucks. I had not worn my tight jeans for a couple of months. When I tried wearing them again, I couldn’t fit at all. 1 whole year later, I’m still trying to lose the weight I gained to fit them again.

I think I’m going to give up on the many meals plan for losing weight. It’s making me nibble on more snacks and I’m not really eating any less during the main meals.
